Ok, I am not much into the whole celebrity dating thing, but this is a BIG one in the world of Mac and Tech Geekdom. Everywhere I turn there is some article about the Kathy Griffin and Steve Wozniak dating rumor. So finally the rumor portion is put to rest as Kathy Griffin goes on Larry King and discusses some controversial thing she said on something-or-other as well as her relationship with Woz. So here’s the video, and I hope you have fun with it.

Something I have completely pushed out of my mind is the successor to USB 2.0. I of course remember when USB 2.0 was finishing its rounds as the new main stream. While I don’t particularly have anything to really add comment wise to this future of fast USB, I just thought I would share with those who might not have thought about the next world of peripheral connections. It looks like we have some interesting upgrades to look forward to.
Intel and others plan to release a new version of the ubiquitous Universal Serial Bus technology in the first half of 2008, a revamp the chip maker said will make data transfer rates more than 10 times as fast by adding fiber-optic links alongside the traditional copper wires. Intel is working with fellow USB 3.0 Promoters Group members Microsoft, Hewlett-Packard, Texas Instruments, NEC and NXP Semiconductors to release the USB 3.0 specification in the first half of 2008, said Pat Gelsinger, general manager of Intel’s Digital Enterprise Group, in a speech here at the Intel Developer Forum.

You people seriously need to get a life. What compels you to use Atomac’s contact form for RocketDock stuff? What do you think this site is, free support? In case you didn’t notice this is a blog. Go somewhere else and ask questions. I would say the Punk Labs site is a good place for you to go. There is a bug tracker. If you need support go to a forum, not some blog’s contact page. We don’t go to your blog and ask you support questions about a car we both might own….though maybe we should?
Rant ended….or is it?
We made it back to Flagstaff and we have a lot of work ahead of us. New projects to start and bugs to fix, what a joy. It was really nice to get away for a bit after going through the hectic Punk Software to Punk Labs change over. But now we are ready to move on and get things done. I noticed I am sounding a bit repetitive. I am going to cut this short before I start rambling about who knows what. I do want to say thanks to Sally and Eric for putting up with us in San Diego, and MegaNice9, it is always a pleasure.
