Trying Out Twitter

Twitterific

It is time to make a confession, I have joined my second social networking site. Makes me feel very weird. Besides being a Last.fm user, I am not a Twitter user. This is purely on a trial basis. I can see how this might be a useful site for those who have a lot of friends and family in their area who might wanna meet up during those lulls of funtivities. I can see this being useful for me when I am testing hardware and might not be available on Adium or while out and busying myself with the iPhone. For now I am using the desktop client Twitterific for Mac OS X.

Update: PolyVector did decide on getting himself a Twitter account, though since we are usually together I do most of the updating, saves people on getting double updates. Though you could always nudge him into it. http://twitter.com/polyvector

Completely Unmotivated

The past month has completely extremely unproductive. I have had a few articles planned out for Atomac but haven’t had the motivation to do anything. I am hoping this unmotivational article will help boost me into the next few I would like to get done for the evening.

Last month here in the US was Tax month. The time where most people can fill out their EZ forms and send them off to our government and get a little bit back from overpaying on their monthly paychecks. It isn’t so nice when you run your own business, even if it is an online one. I am not going to go into extreme detail, but the various forms are pretty complicated. PolyVector usually handles the forms via TurboTax (or whatever tends to be better at the time). I usually just make sure all expenses get files somewhere semi-organized. it is about time we get a filing cabinet.

And now to cut into something completely different (I don’t wanna spend this entire article talking about taxes, ew), the new project we gave little info about earlier concerning my professional blogging is still under wraps. We are having a design crisis. As soon as we can get something semi-tolerable. If anyone knows any nice WordPress template sites (pay-for or free) I would be happy to have a look.
