When the Fail Whale Calls I Answer with Twiddict

I have become completely addicted to Twitter in the last few months. I use it to keep family and close friends up-to-date on what’s going on in my very current life (even if that does consists of which NES games I am currently playing). And with Twitter having issues as of late I have come to find a new best friend in a client during Fail Whale attacks.

Twiddict is an awesome webclient for Twitter that saves your tweets in a queue in the event your most favorite desktop client (or the Twitter web page) can’t seem to post. I currently have Twiddict up in my Bookmarks Bar where all my important everyday accessed links are. I highly suggest adding this to your arsenal of links.

That sounds like a good one to have. I will have to get that when I get home. I get so frustrated with Twitter’s issues sometimes so it’ll be nice to have something compensating for that.

  3. parsnipper, it should just use your current Twitter account login. I hope you didn’t sign up for a second Twitter account.

I used my current account. Got it set for those times when Twitter is down.

  5. Excellent. I love Twiddict, it has saved me a few times when needing to update. This will work out when needing to notify of safe arrivals to/from home. Now if only we can get it in widget form for us Mac OS X Dashboard fanatics. :D
