What a surprise the Colombia Tolima turned out to be. My previous encounter with Colombian coffee didn’t turn out to be something I was impressed with for espresso. I don’t think I’ve come across a more comforting coffee so far.
It’s always hard to come back from an amazing coffee. Most of the time I feel slightly disappointed by the following coffee, which really makes those few you hit that bring back your passion to full throttle all the more amazing. I’m really glad the Brazil Yellow Bourbon followed the Costa Rica Bourbon.
