What a great way to come back from the Robusta experiment. The Sweet Blue gives an amazingly clean and dry espresso shot as well as a pleasant bitter americano.
It’s funny, I don’t have a lot to say about this particular coffee. It is a nice clean cup, nutty dryness with mild blueberry and chocolate. I think this coffee shines at a Full City+. Because of the blueberry notes the acidity can make the shot a little sour feeling, but FC+ saves the day. Over all this coffee is really nice to sip and perhaps one of the easiest to detect all the notes from. If you’re trying to train your self this would be a good coffee to start with.
