Sweet Maria's Espresso Wordshop #9: Denouemoi at a Light Vienna

I am going to admit right off that I have not done Sweet Maria’s Espresso Workshop #9: Dénouemoi any justice this past week. I have been in the trial phase of pulling shots with La Pavoni Europiccola. While the trials are going well, it is learning how to pull espresso shots all over again.

This coffee smells wonderful! I’ve tried it now at a Full City+ and a Light Vienna. I do believe I enjoy it more at the darker roast. The darker roast tends to be a little more on the berry side with chocolate. I haven’t been able to catch all this coffees wonderful and intense notes do to my inferior espresso extraction lately. I wish I could go about this blend, but I feel like a liar if I did. The few notes I was able to detect were rich. I intend on giving this blend a try after I prefect my lever shots.
