		<description>Well, you can create anything in Garageband, so I suppose the answer is yes.

The iPhone uses a format similar to .mp3's.  So the phone itself can play a completely normal song.  Like you would play a song from an iPod.  The only difference is that song can only be 30 seconds.</description>
