La Pavoni Europiccola Extraction

Previously I did a bottomless extraction video showing my beginnings pulling shots using the La Pavoni Europiccola. While this video isn’t showing the actual bottomless extraction, you now get to see what’s happening as I progress in the cup. I feel like this is a pretty solid espresso shot and tastes just a nice as it looks.

The shot is being pulled on a La Pavoni Europiccola EPC-8, which is a manual lever espresso machine. The coffee being used was roasted yesterday with a Behmor 1600. It’s the Burundi Kayanza Bwayi.
