Latte Pour

The night was rather cool and so I decided to install the new single hole steam wand tip from Orphan Espresso. My very first latte pour was better than I expected. I didn’t end up stretching the milk long enough. I also purchased a new thermometer with a bigger face so I could read it easier. I decided to sink the wand early and stop to see what the delay is with the new thermometer. And I am very happy to find out that its reading is pretty instant. So, for your enjoyment, my first latte pour from my first La Pavoni Europiccola mod.
Mmmmmm! That looks tasty! And hey, from what I can tell, that looks way smoother than the lattes I’ve bought at coffee places. :) Dammit I want some Skunkiespresso!
